the purpose of our research is to determine psychological components pedagogical communication; show most successful ways organizing discussion at lessons institutions higher education.methods research. The following theoretical methods re-search were used solve tasks formulated in article: categorical method, structural and functional methods, analysis, sys-tematization, modeling, generalization. method empirical was as an experimental method.the results It proved, that for different people same word, action, circumstance might have meanings. Therefore, child must not only master language (words with meanings), but also system accepted personal meanings, focused on relevant moral spiritual values. showed, that, other hand, adults needed un-derstand meanings child. Otherwise, interpersonal conflicts can arise process communication, which lead misunder-standing between partners, disruption feedback interaction general.conclusions. teacher proved formed his/her own individual style, would correspond composition persona-lity, promote person’s adequate expression compensate teacher’s negative traits. there a great reason believe order achieve greatest expressiveness speech, create casual di-alogic relationships discussion, could use elements collo-quial heterogeneous vocabulary, stylistic interruptions, etc. In addition, mastering techniques creating style speech forms, social maturity, it contributes more orientation various situations are arisen classroom during discussions.
